So, I'm Samantha of ♥ ❤ ❥ ❣ ❦ ❧SammyWithTheBigHair♥ ❤ ❥ ❣ ❦ ❧ and ♥ ❤ ❥ ❣ ❦ ❧SammyAndTheKitchen♥ ❤ ❥ ❣ ❦ ❧.

Now, what is ♥ ❤ ❥ ❣ ❦ ❧SammyWithTheBod♥ ❤ ❥ ❣ ❦ ❧?

♥ ❤ ❥ ❣ ❦ ❧SammyWithTheBod♥ ❤ ❥ ❣ ❦ ❧ is a blog basically about fitness and style. I'm going to be posting up things on keeping fit and my fitness routine and progress and also fashionable items of clothing and stuff. I'll try as much as I can to put up prices and where you can find the things in the style section of this blog.

My fitness goal is basically to be fit enough to run or sprint for a long time and maybe to lose the little pooch I still have on my lower tummy. I'm not really looking at losing weight, I don't mind losing a little more, though. My BMI is around the 37th percentile (though during "that time", it rises a bit). For quite some time now, I've been at a rather healthy weight. I don't mind losing a little more, but I don't plan on going below the 28th-30th percentiles (if I go lower than that due to my fitness routine, nothing below the 15th percentile).

I haven't always had a healthy weight. When I was younger, I was rather overweight (though I was a skinny baby). So, don't think, "oh! Sam, must have always had a healthy weight!"

For the next 2 months, my posts are going to be about my progress with the Insanity Workout. My closest guy friend said that I don't need to do this and people think I'm crazy for wanting to. What motivates me to do it is just to see if I can handle it. That's it. And, I want to get rid of that little pooch and tone up my muscles a little bit.

While doing the Insanity Workout, I am going to continue with my normal fitness routine of running on a treadmill for at least an hour then going on a full body trainer for about 10-15 minutes then a exercise cycle for about 5 minutes every Thursday because I still want to be able to run long distances and with a good stamina. (I could just go on the treadmill, though, and not the others, dunno. It'll depend on my mood).

About style, I will post things for different body sizes and shapes and not just mine. I might post more often about things I'm interested in and that our for my body type, but I will try as often as possible to post things for each and every body size and type.

I tried out the Insanity Workout today and I don't think I'm healthy enough at the moment. I've been off my iron pills for some days now (no reason apart from laziness, I guess). I had to take a lie down while doing the Insanity because I thought I might pass out any minute.
I'm going to stick to the gym and pilates for now then I'll try Insanity again next month, okay?
